Prior to arriving - 

• If you have an appointment scheduled, you will receive a pre-visit screening call to make sure it is safe for you to come into the Acupuncture Center. We will not be taking walk-in appointments.

• If you are a new patient, please complete all paperwork prior to arrival for your first appointment.

 During your appointment – 

• If you are coming for an appointment, please wear a mask or face covering to decrease the risk of COVID-19 exposure. If someone comes with you, they should wear one too if they enter the Acupuncture Center. Here is a link to CDC face mask recommendations. A mask will be provided to those who aren’t wearing one. 

• When you arrive at the Acupuncture Center, please wait in your car and call us at 269.888.2471 and one of our staff will come out to get you and escort you into the building. Please wear a mask at all times.

• In order to minimize the number of persons in our waiting area, anyone accompanying you will be asked to wait in your vehicle.

• Upon entry, please sanitize your hands with the provided sanitizer at the front reception desk. 

After your appointment -

• Please maintain 6 feet apart from other patients or staff during the check-out process should there be more than one patient checking-out at a time.

• If you need to pick up herbs or supplies outside of a scheduled appointment, arrangements may be made to collect them within an agreed upon timeframe. They will be placed on the bench outside of the front door.

Your cooperation with these guidelines is very much appreciated. These are necessary and appropriate steps that will help ensure that you and your loved ones remain safe and protected. If cancellation or rescheduling becomes necessary, please make every effort to give as much notice as possible.*
