Acupuncture Center of Kalamazoo Welcomes Two New Healthcare Professionals in August 2024
Kalamazoo, MI – [July 27, 2024] – The Acupuncture Center of Kalamazoo is excited to announce the addition of two highly skilled professionals to its team: Monique Konecny and Rachel Harvey. Both bring extensive experience and expertise, furthering the Center’s mission to help individuals achieve and maintain optimal health.
Monique Konecny
Monique Konecny joins the Acupuncture Center with a strong background in integrative medicine. With over 15 years of experience, Monique is a licensed acupuncturist dedicated to overall health and well-being. She specializes in pain management, stress reduction, and women’s health, treating patients of all ages, including military veterans. Monique holds a Master of Science degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and is board certified by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She believes in the body’s innate ability to heal and is passionate about facilitating this process through acupuncture.
Rachel Harvey
Rachel Harvey is a certified Reiki Practitioner and Holistic Nutritionist committed to patient-centered care. Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation, promotes healing through non-invasive gentle touch. Rachel is certified in Reiki levels I & II and offers this therapy to promote relaxation and restore emotional balance. Additionally, she is a certified holistic nutritionist through the University of Natural Health®. Her comprehensive and empathetic approach ensures patients feel heard and supported throughout their healing journey.
